Registration

Register here for the Virtual NORA Symposium 2020.

Please note that *ALL* participants (INCLUDING PRESENTERS) are required to register for the symposium.

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

  • Attendance at the all oral and poster sessions
  • Breakfast on Thursday and Friday
  • Refreshment breaks each morning and afternoon
  • Lunch on Thursday and Friday
  • Networking opportunities

Cancellations

A $10 handling fee will be charged for all registration cancellations. Cancellation requests must be sent to liz.reiser@utah.edu. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 1, 2020.


SYMPOSIUM FINANCIAL AID FOR STUDENTS AND PRESENTERS: 

Financial aid is available (up to $600) for reimbursement of symposium expenses (including the symposium registration fee, travel expenses (airfare/mileage if driving in, hotel expenses.). To apply for symposium financial aid be sure to register right away.  Financial aid is limited and with the growing popularity of the symposium, we have used all available funding the past few years so don’t wait to register! **Once your registration is received, funds will be set aside for you.**

REIMBURSEMENTS:

Symposium reimbursements for anyone coming in from out of town will be processed at the conclusion of the symposium (up to the above noted $600 maximum). More information will be provided at the symposium, but be sure to keep all of your receipts. Since breakfast and lunch will be provided both days of the symposium, meal reimbursement will not be allowed.


Confirmation/Letter of Invitation

A confirmation/receipt will appear directly online after a successful submission. Confirmation of registration will include your registration number.  For questions about your registration, please contact liz.reiser@utah.edu.

A link to your letter of invitation will be given in the confirmation/receipt. For security purposes, letters of invitation can only be sent to individuals that have registered for the meeting.


Certificate of Attendance

Certificates of Attendance will be available for the conference. It is 1.0 CEU’s for 10 hours of participation. Anyone needing a certificate after the meeting should contact liz.reiser@utah.edu.


TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements. The symposium will begin with check-in at 7:45am on Thursday, April 16th and end approximately 1:00pm on Friday, April 17th. Most symposium attendees will arrive the evening of Wednesday, April 15th and depart in the afternoon Friday, April 17th.
